Conventional UV sensors have limitations in wearable devices due to their narrow field of view, which can lead to inaccurate measurements. We are excited to introduce a new UV sensor concept that overcomes these challenges, providing accurate solar UV index measurements even in wearable applications.

Very simple, but can measure the solar UV index accurately.

Converting a proximity sensor into a UV sensor by using photochromic materials, which makes it very competitive in price.

Our own UV measurement algorithm, which allows us to make accurate measurements even when the angle of incidence changes significantly.

Ultra-compact UV sensor with dimensions of just

2.3 mm (W) x 2.3 mm (L) x 0.97 mm (H).

The wide angle of incidence enables flexible mounting and ensures continuous, accurate measurements.

Ultra-compact and ultra-thin design enables easy integration into a wide range of devices.

Applications

Applications are currently in development.

There are many applications where the new concept of UV sensors can be applied.

We are focusing on healthcare services using UV sensors.

You can use smart devices such as wearables and apps to check your UV exposure and manage your health.

In addition, you can check UV health guides by region/gene/living environment and real-time global UV maps.
